Lifestyle Medicine at Renton Valley Medical gives me confidence to push myself without having to worry that I am going to do too much. The staff are all willing to help you and answer questions even if they aren't your assigned coach. Zac is a great motivator. The facilities are always clean. My husband was impressed with my success and he's started coming with me and is enjoying how much better he feels.
