In September 2024 my doctor sent me for an endoscopy at the Renton clinic to diagnose GERD, and to everyone’s surprise they found Celiac disease. I was given an appointment with an ARNP at your GI clinic in Renton. At the appointment with the ARNP, all she had to say was don’t eat gluten and see a nutritionist to ensure you get enough protein. I had the worst experience with them. Please be careful when choosing your care I strongly advise against choosing this gastro clinic! Horrible service.
I don’t know why the scheduling representative feels as comfortable as they do speaking to people with such casual disrespect, but professional standards need to be reexamined.
Brought my grandmother here after working all night and grabbing some sleep before her 2:30pm appointment. She has mobility issues and limited English proficiency (so I translate). In the interest of time, I explained that this was on the 5th floor (Suite 500 is the whole 5th floor) since we’d been to the Cardiology clinic there and she went up while I found parking. I would not recommend Valley GI Clinic. They are rude and not understanding of patients needs and care. I would give them zero stars if I could. Besides that the Valley system is strapped for money and have cutting lot of services. I would recommend Virginia Mason over Valley any day.
