I used to like coming here but my previous doctor would rush my appointments and then left. Why is it taking 6 months to get a new PCP. I tried to schedule my pulmonary appt and since my doctor left all her referrals are invalid and no one told me so now I am leaving this clinic.
I like my Doctor, but it is ridiculous getting an appointment is always 3 months or more. I will have to seek alternative.
Honestly a fantastic experience for the 2.5 years I lived here. Dr McLaughlin was my primary care physician and she was amazing beginning to end. I never felt like my appointments were rushed, she always spent a lot of time discussing my concerns and making sure all of my questions were answered. Also, they use MyChart religiously here which has been a huge help, I always get an answer back from the doctor within an hour or two of posting a question. Blood work is also super quick.
