Honestly a fantastic experience for the 2.5 years I lived here. Dr McLaughlin was my primary care physician and she was amazing beginning to end. I never felt like my appointments were rushed, she always spent a lot of time discussing my concerns and making sure all of my questions were answered. Also, they use MyChart religiously here which has been a huge help, I always get an answer back from the doctor within an hour or two of posting a question. Blood work is also super quick.
My husband and I had new patient appt. With Dr Weiderhold , awesome visit, took all the time we needed, bedside manner impeccable! Check-in was easy and all nurses and assistants were equally impressive! Very impressed!
Had the worst experience at this clinic with Dr. E Mclaughin. She totally dismissed all my concerns about my health issue and did not listen to me at all.
I called on Friday to confirm I had an appointment on Monday, September 8, and the lady said yes. Turns out it was a month away. I waste my time and money. I took time off from my work to make this appointment. Never again this place.
