What an asset this clinic/urgent care facility has in Dr. T. Asher. He is professional, yet personable and kind. He listens and responds accordingly. He doesn't rush, but is patient and takes the time to hear what a person has to say.
Staff was rude, unwelcoming and dismissed my pain. Zero empathy. Acted like I was dramatic and attention seeking. They released me without examination of the problem and without confirming anything or even diagnosing me. They prescribed me medicine without any consideration. When I returned home my condition became critical. I had to go to the hospital and when I was there they discovered that I was in critical condition. Could have been avoided if they had taken me seriously.
Really unhappy with my latest visit. I had an appointment at 11 and did not get into a room until about 1pm. Then a doctor spent 5 minutes with me and didn't even ask me how I injured myself. I felt like he just wanted me to leave.
