Both times I've been here I have been well cared for and treated with immediate response. The staff was both friendly and professional. Thank you.
We have gone to Valley Med Urgent Care twice for ear pain, only to have both time misdiagnosed. The most recent time my daughters ear from the infection less than 24 hours after being seen. The pediatrician was shocked at the level of care we received. I would absolutely not recommend taking children or teens to Valley Med Urgent Care for ear pain, they are incompetent. Wait on hold for 20 minutes just for them to hang up in your face. Crazy
Been with Dr. Avila-Smith forever. Before that I would bounce around a ton.
Went here when my infant had a gushing nosebleed out of nowhere and was scream crying. Was told by the front desk they couldn’t see him due to capacity (waiting room had 1 person), even after I asked if they could make an exception for an INFANT but they suggested I try another urgent care. Will not be returning.
