I have nothing bad to say about this clinic. My folks needed to refill their regular medications. But it will be too long to book an appointment with their new doctor in Renton. The nice lady at their doctor's office suggested to come here, Covington Urgent Care. We didn't have an appointment but the wait time was less than 10 minutes for both of my parents. Absolutely ridiculous. My wife came in needing blood work because of thyroid issues. The doctor, a C. Stanley, said no blood work was needed. Didn't take heart rate, didn't weigh her in, anything. Because she was the last patient of the day, 'C. Stanley' wrote her a "referral" to essentially get her out of the office. Turns out a blood test is needed to get in to the referred doctor. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this urgent care was beyond disappointing, it was demeaning and dismissive. Upon check-in, I explained a medical issue related to my red hair. Instead of listening, the nurse told me she’d “never heard of such a thing” and that she has red hair herself and works in the medical field. Fairly good urgent care IF you can get in. Good care the two times I was actually able to get in but it’s almost impossible to get in.
