This urgent care has been a lifesaver for me the past month. Due to my PCP being unavailable all month, I have been in ‘limbo’ with my current issues and was growing frustrated not getting any answers or help with my pain from the ER or the Maple Valley location. I have been to this location twice in the past month. First I saw Dr. M Jean-Baptiste, and she was very empathetic and talked me through how she was handling my symptoms. Great staff. Doctor was easy to talk to.
Horrible doctors. My husband saw dr Chauncey. His blood pressure was good. He couldn’t move his joints were swollen. He wouldn’t even give him any prescription. Told him to take 500 mg of naproxen and to get it over the counter. Naproxen is only sold in 220 mg incriments. A doctor should know this. He also told him to take it with advil. The Mayo Clinic advises not to do this. This is not a doctor. He is horrible.
Very clean staff was really nice I called at 8am to get in at 10 they where fast
Pretty standard medical establishment overall care is good. Important note is a pause that happens to service so they can catch up on people already in the lobby. If you are coming late I recommend calling ahead to make sure they're not paused and accepting walk-ins without issue.
