Do not go to this clinic. Waited for 15 minutes for the doctor even though no one was there & i was the first to check in. He spent 5 minutes with me then sent me to the other clinic for xrays. Had an ankle brace for what turned out was a broken ankle. Long story short the NP and staff do not listen, don't care if your in pain and just want to get you out the door. The NP sent me a letter "firing" me as his patient because I was rude. Funny. I'm not his patient. Not would i ever go back there anyway. Stay away. Far far away.
Made an appointment and they made me pay before they would check me in. They then made me wait for over an hour after my appointment and were letting walk-ins before they would see me. Staff wouldn't acknowledge the problem and when I brought it up with them they just brushed me off and eventually just stuck me in one of the patient rooms for over twenty minutes just waiting. Would have left had they not taken payment during check-in.
This is the worse clinic. They tell you no wait but I waited a long time. Finally walked out. Went a second time for a possible fracture. I was sent to the other clinic in Lewiston for x rays. The technician was unsure so I was told to go to St. Joseph for a CT scan. 3 days later I still had not received a call to tell me if I had a fractured arm. Finally called the radiology dept. at St. Joseph and had to threaten them that I was going to contact Medicare and they finally gave me the answers I needed. I will never go back t... read more
