Extremely dismissive. Especially ARNP J. Meyers and PA C. Johnson. I do not recommend it here if you are on the younger side, since they only think there could be an issue if you're over 55.
What a joke! I went for a stress test that included an ultrasound of my heart. I went through the entire test including the treadmill. When they went to ultrasound my heart after the treadmill, but the machine went down! Rather than rebooting and letting me continue the testing they dismissed me, told me the pictures weren't important and they had to get to their other patients on time! Yeah, so they just don’t answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for multiple hours today trying to book an appointment from a referral. Edit: to add more frustration, I reached out to Jasmine who was highly unprofessional on the phone interrupting me from explaining issues three times, each time positing a presumption on what the issue is without actually listening to me, and having a bad faith attitude on the phone. Jasmine, you can do better. And no, the bar you and your org are setting is not a good standard.
