I have been here for both of my boys 1 and 3 yo. They are always very kind and listen so well. When I call for questions I get a call back quickly.
They made me confirm my appointment by text yet they didn't have the courtesy to tell me that the doctor was not there on the day of my appointment. They didn't even apologize when I was there in the office to check in . My time is valuable too!! I even took half day off to come here!

The main nurse who gives the shots told me in the beging that my medical records were not her priorty. Not something you should tell a new patient. Since medical records are important to have is how you get to know important info about about a patient. Like their medical history for one ect.
