Grossly negligent!! My stepdad arrived at the ER on Thursday for a major fall and had 8 broken ribs, a broken pelvis, bruised lungs, and more. First red flag was showing up to be there with him and 2 bathrooms had either zero soap or no paper towels. Second red flag was that during my stepdad's stay they failed to change his gown for multiple days and never bathed him for the 4 nights/5 days that he was there.
