Very Rude staff at front desk. So when you arrive for a visit they check in there' system if people have visitors. But theres no telling if someone is actually in the actual room with the patient or have left the room like to get some fresh air outside . Instead there'll tell you " Oh youl have to wait because there is allready two visitors visiting and theres only two people allowed at a time jsut wait here in the lobby" . At best I give valley med e stars it's probably closer to 2 stars , it's a county hospital under managed care ,issue 1,.and employees arnt held to any quality standards, and it shows , sad.
The process that I went through went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was professional and willing to make sure that I knew what to expect
