Terrible experience!! Scheduled for surgery showed up on time. The RN couldn't find a vein to start IV after sticking me 5-6 times.(told her prior to the 1st stick I have small veins) Dr. Masters walks into the room to assist with IV since technically I'm late to surgery by this time. Its like 15 mins past the start time. She sticks me a few more times (3-4 times) after the 2nd stick she was asked if there are any other options if she can't find a vein. Once Valley Death, always Valley Death. Apparently the hospital thinks it's ok to let someone experiencing cardiac pain sit while they plan out their weekend barbecue. The hospital administration seems to think that's "adequate care". Go anywhere else if you can.

I went to valley medical to get some blood work done for my daughter when she was one week old. When I asked what time we should come, I was told to come any time. When we came it was 11:45, which apparently was when the employee went to lunch, information that was not shared when I had originally asked. I asked if they could do it before they went to lunch because they had told me it would take a couple minutes and she was a week old and we had driven 30 minutes to get there already. I’d say if you are in a medical emergency and you actually want to live DONT come here. i came here shortly after a car accident and the service was slow and seemed like they could care less . it’s like a zombie apocalypse in the waiting room
