I don’t know what happened to Valley Medical, but our recent visit with my dad to the ER has got me questioning the staff's professionalism. I had to ask nurses multiple times for the same thing, only to receive “yes, we will do it,” but nothing has been done. Doctors came in but did not chart anything in the file; I had to repeat the same requests or story to different nurses. They all are clueless. What happened to Valley Medical? Where is management? Who runs the facility?
They immediately got me into tests that I needed. The nursing staff brings me to tears how great they were to me.
This place is horrible, and if you value your health and sanity you should go to any number of other urgent care of emergency options. They will not help you, they will condescend you while asking questions. Bad doctors. Bad nurses with power trips. No wonder theres a shortage in the medical field when places like this exist.
