Great doctors great nurses and they work their butts off and I can't think of a better Hospital than this one

The automated system used to reach ANYONE there is HORRIBLE. Going to find a new provider even if I have to travel to Moscow/Pullman rather than continue dealing with it. Follow up, waited an hour on hold to make another appointment today. This place is wild. 03/2026 update, this place has gone from barely tolerable to must find somewhere else after the takeover. I just waited 35 minutes for a blood draw, only to be told the desk girl forgot to enter the info for the order she couldn’t find that was put in 4 months ago. Wild... read more
Why am I sitting on hold for 45 minutes to make an appointment. Then my appointment get cancelled and they say they will call you to reschedule and never do.
