Claimed my insurance wasn’t valid so I had to pay out of pocket. And when I refused the Covid test for the diagnosis, the doctor was very rude. This place seems more like a cash grab than doctors wanting to help.
I was in/out less than a hour. Minimal forms to fill out. Due to being in-network, no out of pocket fees. The Dr was prompt and knowledgeable about my concern. The office sent over the Rx to my pharmacy. I asked about the reviews being bad and she said those are old. I agree, the prior negative reviews don’t apply to this well managed urgent care.
Says that they close at 6pm but when I went at 3:45 they said they close at 4pm. They did not take me in.
