They gave me hell about giving me my daughters respiratory lab results. They were adamant on me making a follow up consult to meet with a provider never minding she has a pediatrician I wanted to follow up with. I went to them as an urgent care after hours so she can be seen for a simple ear infection. The office manager is so rude and disrespectful, asking if I was in the medical profession since I was wearing scrubs and “should know how this works” and so is the female NP that met with me to see what the “problem” was.
