We had a full cow done up, I'd give them a 10 out of 10.... On another note, we requested ribs on the cut sheet but didn't receive not one package of them. I don't know anything about this side of it but I would think a full cow would give you some ribs.
Wonderfully cut and packaged, for very reasonable prices. The vacuum packed ground beef is a huge space saver in the freezer vs tubes.

Bought a portion of a cow and this is the place that processed it. I have no idea about processing prices since this was my first time but I do know that the packaging is top notch. Take gloves when picking up. It's my understanding that this place is only open to people who have beef there. T-Bone was fantastic !Hamburger was good. Cubed steak was amazing.
