Took my boat there to get the drain sleeve installed on my wood boat. While preparing the sleeve I mentioned the lack of sealer being used. I was quoted that it doesn't take much. Tested the sleeve at home and it leaked worse than when I took it in. Called them and was told that it would be fine cause it would sit on the trailer most of the time anyway. Very poor answer for a thru hull fitting discrepancy. Looking at his wood boat collection I can understand why his boats stay on the trailer

Dropped off an outboard motor at Valley Marine 4 months ago. Left several voicemails without a return call. I never even received a quote from them. Finally after emailing they messaged me and picked up the motor - they didn’t even apologize. I then took the motor to Dave’s sport & Marine at 11 am yesterday & they rebuilt carburetor, changed oil and spark plugs, fixed water pump and changed oil by 10 am today.

Wonderful local shop where everyone is willing to talk to you . From the tech , Josh , to the owners Doug and Sharon . You don’t just feel like a number , you feel like they really care about getting you back out on the water . I’ve been a customer several times and will be again .
