Please don't rent from these unethical landlords. My son began a lease here in July 2023. All was fine until one night, a single pane of his sliding glass door shattered (in the middle of the night when he was sleeping). The maintenance dept. fixed the problem, but the Property Manager and the Regional Supervisor (Carla H. of Renewing Management, INC.) charged him $817 for the cost of replacement for the door, stating that the lease says that the tenant is responsible to pay for "anything that breaks inside your apartment." ... read more

This place is horrible! I live in a two bedroom, 1 and a half bath townhome. These are supposed to be luxury townhomes but they are not. Every time I call to have someone come to take a look at my situation they can never figure it out. They have maintenance workers that aren’t certified and don’t know how to fix anything. I had a brand new tub put in when I moved in and I’ve been having problems with the drain and it raining in my kitchen!
