Inclined to agree with other reviewers. There are lots of rental choices in town....if that answers questions
The landlord Bert is one of the worst most unsavory characters ive ever come across in my life. Peering into his soulless eyes you are struck with the undeniable notion that you are not dealing with a human but rather an extension of the devil. This heathen truly enjoys spreading evil. His wife is a good time though.

Pretty flowers don't cover up for what the rest of this overpriced slum has to offer. Walls and floors more thin than cardboard, and you can hear every bodily function and conversation of your neighbors, no matter what floor. Laundry facilities poor, parking spaces too tight. Garage spaces too tight so no one uses them. Parking rules were never enforced for non residents. Management never controlled or enforced rules for loud, unruly neighbors. What a dump, glad to be gone.
