Have a client who rented from mary jo and her enforcer! She didn't pay my client her last month's rent that she paid when she moved in. because she forgot about paying it when she moved in and paid it again the last month she lived there. But since the client didn't ask for it Mary jo kept it upon herself to keep it! Straight up theft!!!!
Not sure how MaryJo runs her property management business. But I do know that her personally owned properties funnelled through Valley Management group are dictated to by her maintenance man / husband. And he is allowed to intimidate and threaten tenants. Restricting vehicle ownership, and dictating where guests are concerned.
