If I could go lower, I would. The neglect shown by this company's employees (both full time and sub-contracted plumber) cost me over $10,000 in damages in a single year. We recently completed a 1-year agreement to manage our longterm rental near Bigfork...with Valley Maintenance & Property Management in December of 2021. Go somewhere else. Shannon threatened me with legal action because she isn't familiar with real estate law. I had been renting from a local woman who turned out to be a nightmare landlord. One day i get a call from this company demanding I sign a NEW lease (already had one with the psycho landlord), to which i said absolutely not. I instead offered to vacate the premises if my deposit would be returned to avoid dealing with further tantrums, they returned roughly 1/3 of it.
