One of the best places Ive ever worked. Align North Plains has exceptional management and incredible team of hard working individuals. One of the nicest machine shops in Oregon and a great opportunity to learn different facets of manufacturing with lots of room to cross train and grow. Lots of very memorable experiences, cant say enough good things about the team at Align North Plains.

North Plains is an outstanding, truly quality not quota driven company that respects and values their carefully chosen employees like family, then supports them in advancement. Many of the staff have worked their way up into higher positions and its one of the few shops with women machinists, chosen for training from the Utilities department. WARNING ⚠️: DON'T WORK HERE, the manager, Roger Williams embraces the culture of nepotism, inequality and be littles his employees. I worked 6 days out of the week. sacrificed my holidays, by coming in to work and keep the place running. I did this for 2 1/2yrs, when review came, I only got 40 cent increase, other ppl got 40cent-$2.00 increments, some of these ppl never worked steady overtime or bother to pick up the phone during holidays.
