Went in to look for a specific Ikea furniture screw. As ked the guy at the register of they had it. Showed him. He said he didn't know and to go ask the girl on the computer in the back. Asked her and she said she didn't know. At no time did either show me where the screws were or try to help. At least at the big bookstore with orange trim, they have workers ready to help out. If a small business wants to survive, v they should at least try to win my business through customer service.
The employees asked me what I needed when I didnt need help and when I told them what I was looking for one of the employees in the background shook his head. I get better help from Home Depot by them ignoring me.
