September 13, 2025. I took my 2025 RX 350 for front tire rim repair left it overnight, pick it up Saturday they said they weren't able to replace the tire rim as is hard to get and they were in back order so they had an outside company come and repair it look great everything was good. **************** follow up is very poor. We purchased a Lexus TX 500 H in cash. Almost 2 weeks later, we do not have the registration or the inspection sticker on the car. Now, we are afraid to drive the car for a long trip because we would get pulled over and ticketed for lack of registration and safety inspection sticker. In September of 2024, I bought a 2022 *** with ****** miles on it from Peterson Lexus. They also own a *** dealership, so I thought I was in good hands. Ive had my Lexus for 2 decades and always get it serviced at Lexus, in the last 6 years at Lexus Escondido. Service managers have always communicated directly with me by phone when I need to bring the car in for repair, not just general service like oil change. Despite calling and using the chat not one service mgr. has bothered to contact me; instead, I get automated responses regarding the cost of an oil change. Bought a 2016 **** explorer from this location a little over a year ago due to recommendation from my mother-in-law. And had it shipped to *******************. First part is it took over 2 additional weeks to receive the vehicle that was quoted to me. Lexus of Roseville has not been meeting the standards of the ******************************* repair when it comes to repairs for service. I'm not able to provide it formal document but they are officially under investigation for the methods that they perform the billing. They have been a problem where they do not perform the service and overbill for items that are covered by Lexus under service bulitins. They are terrible go to a local mechanic and get your service there.
Visited Lexus Darcars of Englewood on 04/26/2025 to inquire about a Lexus RX350 Luxury trim. While I LOVE the Lexus brand, Rohrich is the ONLY local option that I feel "stuck" with. IMO, it's a toxic male environment. As a single, female professional, the men at ************ Rohrich from salesman, to finance manager to used car manager all made sexist, tasteless jokes that were unwarranted and unpleasant.
