Realtor Wayne Gardener is an "all talk and NO action" kind of realtor. Incredibly lazy. No concept of timeliness, professionalism, or taking personal responsibility for his mistakes. He was a real waste of our time, until we fired him and moved on to another more professional realtor.
Wayne has local knowledge and was very helpful in assisting me in purchasing some vacant lots. Wayne contributes to the community and is a nice guy as well.
