Leased a brand new 2025 *** Sorento from this dealership on labor day weekend 08/30/2024. On the 10th day, the car started smelling of gas inside. Even with the ** on, the car reaks of gas. Called the dealer immediately and took it in the next day 09/10/2024. Upon arriving, their service guy takes the vehicle for a quick drive and comes back, acknowledging that there is indeed a strong smell inside. ****************** is a joke. I always make a first appointment of the day for oil change and tire rotation. Today I waited THREE hours for my car! I have never been there for said service under two hours. Will not be returning.
Valley Kia of Modesto has the worst customer service ever! My first experience started when I got a recall notice for my car. I took it in and was told they would order my part and let me know when it is available since at the time it was "back-ordered". Being that it was my only car I asked if it was still drivable since I had a full-time job and baby. I was told it was still drivable and to be patient until the part arrives.
