I don’t understand why the confirmation text is sent at all. I respond and receive another that tells me I’m reaching out to you after business hours. I know it’s automated but it’s clearly not working correctly . The office staff used to just call a day or two before. I am getting these texts 10 days in advance of the appointment, I just don’t get it, I have received prior texts reminding me of an appointment in Las Vegas when I am a Modesto patient. I would recommend this group they are very nice and I feel like I'm in good hands. I am a plus size lady and l was not body shamed which was nice.
I was my first time and to be honest, everyone was very nice and helpful when it was needed, tho I will say I do wish I know about the online signing for the paper before hand cause there was a lot to sign. Also they building is very nice and clean which I really like.
All the staff was great !!!!! And the Doctor was very helpful !!!!
