Great place to load—staff is very friendly and professional. They took us in earlier than our appointment time.
I was unloaded, but no one called or informed me that my paperwork was ready. I waited for over two hours until I finally went to ask for an update on the unload. That’s two hours my reefer was running, trying to bring the temperature down to 0° with the doors open.
