I made an appointment here and had to cancel once I was at the reception area. I was told I was about 10 min late and the doctor has a very busy schedule and would only be able to spend 5-10 minutes with me. I had already called the office letting them know I was not able to find the office and I would be a few minutes late. The front office told me they had expected me to show up at 9:15 due to the high volume of clients. I let her know my appointment was for 9:30 and all my paperwork had been emailed previously. Do not come here if you are going for any kind of trt therapy or mens health. Let's start with how inept she is with being on time. Ms. Decarlo was late to every single appointment I had. Not one or 2, every single appointment. From anywhere between 15-45 minutes. She does not respect anyone else's time but her own. If you've ever been on trt therapy you know how important it is to stay on time with therapy. This lady will play games with your health and intentionally delay giving you medicine. Me my wife, and my two oldest kids see dr. DeCarlo, we all have weird health issues, and she has been able to meet all of our needs, above and beyond. She isn't afraid of doing research, and tailors her care plan to meet each individual's need holistically, not just bandaid-ing the symptoms. I just wish she saw pediatric patients, we would have the whole family seeing her and her staff if that was the case!
