Called in to get a quote for GL insurance.. 3 days later and I have not received a single quote or update. I had to reach out to Jake a couple times and he told me they were still working on the quote and it can take time to come up with quotes. But I never received a single quote nor did he reach out to me after 3 days. Bad customer service!
I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years, so I figured I’m due for a review. This place has top notch customer service and the auto insurance is affordable.
