First of all, this review is about the doctor and not the office staff. Yesterday was my first time visiting this practice. The office was very clean and nice. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the doctor was at first nice and then her demeanor changed. She asked me a few questions towards the end of my appointment. Before I could answer her she answered the questions for me. Which I thought was extremely rude of her. Who ever does the booking needs help. They are why over booked. 2 hour wait just to do labs. And there is on space to park in the parking lot. OVERBOOKED
I really like this Doctor’s office. I see Dr. Roswell and she is extremely patient and friendly. She does not rush the appointments and makes sure to go over any and all issues/ concerns you may have.
Love this Place !! I’m happy we have a Clinic that can assist me and my family . I have been able to be seen by my Primary Doctor and if not in office I have the opportunity to see another Dr. in clinic if I am sick . Sometimes getting them on the phone is a wait and is frustrating but was able to now understand they have a change in system and they are slowly working on getting back to assisting their patients needs.
