Customer service is awful. The ladies who answer the phone do not care about being helpful just transfer you over to a voicemail to the nurse. There is never any returned calls to try and get anything resolved.
Dr. Raphael K. Quansah is fantastic. I was referred to him by my long-time primary physician, Dr. Harney, who recently retired. My dad also sees Dr. Quansah and has rave reviews about his care. He is very professional, recording each visit and, I'm assuming, using AI to take copious notes of his interactions with patients. My entire family sees Dr Rosell. She is fantastic. My mother lives with us, receives home health and some of the home health staff has committed that they like her as well.
They get me in pretty fast when I'm sick. Didn't have my insurance number and they helped me find it. Very friendly doctors and staff. Very clean atmosphere. The lady that draws blood is absolutely amazing.
