I had to say my experience with Dr. Ahmad Salameh has been great. I can tell he takes the time to fully understand conditions, he treats aggressively while being mindful of side effects, he follows up with other doctors involved with my care, and every time I leave his office I feel like everything will work out ok. This is actually the worst team that anyone has ever put together so disappointing in the costumer service and everything like my fiance was supposed to get a call about a follow up appointment, no one called been almost 2 weeks, had to spend multiple mornings trying to get someone to give me answers and still they have nothing saying he needs to wait for approval but our Dr murad already gave the first dose and said to make sure to be there for the second dose unfortunately we haven’t gotten the second dose still and just g... read more

We originally were under Dr Murads care. He moved to in-hospital only which was fine accept he only has video visits (that he did not keep). This made it really hard to renew needed prescriptions through the receptionist (since blood work is also needed to be completed for renewal?). Switched to dr. Almuti. He is fine accept he forgot we had seen him recently (not a hospital visit) and did not clarify that blood work needs to be completed days before an appointment.
