My building is beautiful and is in a great downtown location- however, valley income properties has let this place go to the dumps. It’s so sad. They never respond to maintenance requests and it is literally impossible to get anyone to call you back.
SLUM LORDS, THE VIBE apartments on 28th Street and Thomas RD has had on again off again AC since May. The LAW requires max temp 84 degrees. It's been 91degrees since last week. Staff just gives excuses, portable AC which I pay EXTRA for, keeps from being 100 degrees, BIG F-- deal. Still UNLAWFUL. I get smart mouth answers, told to go to a Motel!! The manager abuses her children. There are horrific pictures on the companies face book. She sleeps with her staff(Ron). Lisa Emily Garcia has no tack and has loud trashy altercations in the parking lot. The maintenance guy has no problem rolling blunts and smoking them in front of children inside his apartment.
I placed a work order over five months ago for water leaking from the above neighbor. They sent a roofer who advised a plumber was needed. I told this to valley income team. I have not been contacted, issue had not been resolved. I continue to call and talk to your team. Each one advises a property manager or district magnet will call.
