I just want to say nothing but a fantastic experience at valley imports, as a young person who usually would be totally age discriminated at other dealerships. Horrible experience multiple times bringing our VWs to Valley imports. Multiple trips to get the same issues repaired. When calling the service department the phone rings and rings, if someone answers I get transferred to a different person only to hear there voice box is full and then click. Left multiple messages with the service manager but no call back. Obviously no care in the world about customers. We own 2 VWs, One is a 2021 and one is a 2025 Jetta. I brought vehicle in to possibly trade in for another on there lot. Sales lady was nice and helpful. Appraisal was a bad experience car kelly blue books for triple what they offered me. Appraiser claiming some minor cosmetic damage on hood normal wear for vehicle year made car worth next to nothing. Walked away won't purchase there they wouldn't deal at Valley Imports.
