I stopped in just to make an appointment... they got me in right away the same day for winter tires to be installed and an oil change!
They hold cars for employees! They literally told us we could view a POSTED car for sale because it was being cleaned. Made an appointment for us the next day and then BOOM! It was suddenly sold the night before. Shady practices. We just moved here, North Dakota needs to do better. Shame on you.
Bait and switch operation. Made an appointment the next morning to view a vehicle that "wasn't even for sale because it was sent for detailing" then it was mysteriously sold 2 hours later. Do not buy from here! Sales people are snakes!
Service department is amazing. I rolled in with no appointment, 1200+ miles from home, with a bad wheel bearing on a 24 year old Porsche. These guys took care of me despite being busy. And the price was much lower than it would have been at home.
I need a refund they lied and said my transmission was good and didn't need service mind you this was July I took it in for service b I change my own cabin filter cause they did not now my transmission is getting service in Oct cause they didn't I want my money back asap my transmission oil was dirty and burnt oh I'm black by the way I guess this is the American way in this country anything too messed up what a honest black man does everyday like every other American work and work somebody need too get in contact with me fro... read more
