Honestly, pretty chill. Very low pressure. Brayden was great. I did not at all expect anything but a terrible experience buying a used car, but I was pleasantly surprised. Say no to the extras at the end and you'll have an alright time. 👍
I bought my car from here almost two years ago, they know I needed a car with towing capacity and they sold me one that needs all kind of mechanical work. I tried to bring it back in to keep me figure out the issues and they didn't care. I guess once they sell you a car they don't care if they lied to you about the mechanical issues. The service bays can never get me in for timely oil change appointments, I had to wait over a week, It's a Saturday and they only have 1 guy working so basic oil change took way over 2 hours. The lack of a name and an automated machine with no name or human to speak to really puts a bow on how much you care about the customers. We've owned several VWs over the last 10 years or so, and we always drive to the Cities to buy them because of our experience with the service department here. My wife won't even take the car anymore. They don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, and they are condescending when we do finally get the car in for service.
