Wait time are minimum 3 hours. The doctors treat you like a number - as you end up seeing someone difference each time and also they just go by the standard procedure without looking at your situation as a whole. If you are over a certain age and even if you are fully healthy they will recommend certain medication just because you are over the age without considering you don’t have those types of conditions. The service here is absolutely unacceptable. Aside from a very mediocre receptionist team, the appointment times are absolutely broken here. I have waited as long as 6 hours for a regular appointment that lasts 5 minutes. Then they have the audacity to ask to come 15 minutes early. How are you doing that to pregnant women? What I don't understand is why can't the clinic factor in the wait times when booking the appointments? Both doctors here are modern day hero’s, they’re doing their very best everyday to make sure people have healthy children, anyone who complains about long waits or un organization is just selfish. There’s a lot that goes on and it’s a busy place. The doctors take there time to see you they take the time to make sure you’re healthy if you don’t feel that way you may be the problem.
