I had a great experience with Valley Hospitality! The staff was professional, friendly, and provided awesome service. Everyone was welcoming and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. Disgusting that we booked this Hotel. Review of Hampton Inn Columbus-North Reviewed yesterday The staff were amazing, they were more than accommodating, and helpful in every aspect of our stay. The staff, particularly Meg should be commended for outstanding customer service. The hotel was deplorable, room was dirty and the rug had not been cleaned.
