Been calling for DAYS (not exaggerating) in the morning before going to work to set up an appointment and I can never get anyone on the line. I decided to press a different option and someone answered right away. When I mentioned that I need to schedule an appointment they transferred me to the “appointment scheduling department” where, once again, it goes to voicemail.
