They put my husband in detox before getting approval from insurance. Insurance denied it. A lady my husband talked to during his treatment said they would wave the detox because they didn’t get approval from insurance first. We have paid a few hundred dollars. (All that we were told we’d have to pay) Now we’re getting a Bill that’s a few thousand dollars and they’re threatening to send it to a collection agency. I came into residential treatment at Valley Hope in the Fall of 2019. When I entered I was a very sick and broken person. I was very afraid (especially of the detox process).I put my heart and soul into working the program. It was tough but also full of laughs, friendship and building lifelong memories. Great facility and wonderful staff! I am 7 years sober! I couldn’t have done it without VH! To think I was mad at first and hated it but they didn’t give up on me!
The lowest of low you'll find here! When my then husband went into this place they did everything to destroy my family! They have hurt my children. I've had to call the police on them many times as they kept harassing us! Please stay away from this place! There are many much beter rehab facilities that provide the love and support your loved one needs!
I came here for help with my meth addiction. I was extremely impressed with how much the staff cares about the patients that walk through their doors. I am extremely grateful to my counselor Ed & Chaplin Kay for helping me process a lot of things that I had failed to deal with. Thank you so much to everyone!
