We had an AMAZING experience at Valley Honda!! Everybody there is really nice. So many people smiled or stopped and said hi to our little 1 year old baby. We really felt at home, right away. I went in for an airbag recall and was a bit anxious because I was bringing my 6 month old with me....alone. They estimated a 1.5 hour wait, so we settled in! Several Honda employees stopped to say hi to my daughter, open the bathroom door so I could easily wheel her stroller in for diaper changes, and even helped to make the kid's area a little more private so I could breastfeed her. I recently had an issue with this dealership when I brought my car in for airbag recall. Let me say, I have never experienced such incredible customer service. Bob went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. So many companies just do not seem to care about customers anymore. Valley Honda is awesome. I can't wait to buy my new car from here! We are very happy with the entire process from start to finish in purchasing our new Pilot. Kevin Hanna did an excellent job showing us the features of the car. We were very pleased with his approach and the willingness to work with us to help us get the car we truly wanted. Overall, we had a great experience with Valley and with Kevin and would gladly refer family and friends.
While I had a good experience, unfortunately my friend didn't. The second she bought out the lease, issues that were addressed by Honda and repaired by them as well, were no longer their problem as they blamed it on an irrelevant event. Manufacturer issues are just that. Own up to the damage, fix it, and provide the customer service you "pride" yourself in.
