Edit: I currently have pending charges unrelated to my job that I'm trying to fight. Valley lied to unemployment about my separation so I wouldn't get my claim approved. I tolerated working with them cause they required no DL and offered lots of overtime. But the ones breaking the law here would be Valley. ---- I have been working with them for over two years and they are one of few home health companies who will allow OT.
