My experience with Valley is not a good one. I had an aide steal from me. Not just one thing, but many. The aide did a search for things to take unlawfully take. How do I know this? Items taken were in places that person was instructed not to be or go into because her assistance was not needed in those areas of my home. In addition there were constant obvious hints give in conversation that she wanted money from me. She gave no regard for my "costly" area rugs wearing her dirty snow boots on more than one occasion. The caregiver they sent tell me that this is their first job with company. They have no idea where the office is. They go on line and take a test and send in their ids. The last one they sent, cancelled then show up and try to open my door , thank goodness it was locked. The company says that they are bonded but are the caregivers bonded as well. Did they have a TB shot? Police background check? I personally never met anyone from the office. With in a period of four months or less they have sent me 9 caregivers. Out of makin... read more

This agency has an office in Millersville, Pennsylvania that services York, Pa. They are the worst agency that I have ever used. I’ve gone several days without care, I’ve filled several complaints with their agency and with UPMC and yet absolutely nothing has changed. When I initially started with this company they made several statements and they have FAILED MISERABLY. I am a veteran, often bedridden, oxygen dependent with several ADL’s. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this agency to anyone EVER!! Maybe it is better in other places... read more
