Cody called me after the inspection while on site, and we spent a half hour going over the highlights so that I would know what to expect when receiving the report. He was friendly and thorough. I highly recommend Cody and we'll use him if they need rises for sure.
If you want a really thorough inspection of your property, I highly recommend these guys! There was not a single inch of my home that wasn't inspected and the report was extremely thorough on every detail. It even included sections for minor and major items. The money I spent was well worth the service and value I received!
