If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Office personnel is clueless and doesn’t communicate with maintenance. They don’t care about the safety of the community. If you work for the park you don’t have to obey to the rules like having a truck with a gas tank on the ground in the driveway but if you spill a drop of oil on their driveway you have to buy a new concrete driveway. A great place to live - safe, affordable and the management is amazing.
This place is dumping construction debris in there lake and will be Contacted by the epa . And the army core of engineers they fixed this lake years ago and now dumping in it and filling it in when its not approved debris. My sister lived in park and she attempted to get dead bolt fixed and they where not able to fix the issue so all she had was a knob lock sub-par. Then house was getting broken into. looked out my window to see a maintenance person yelling at some kids for riding their little tractors around your not allowed to have fun in this trailer park rent increases every month and your not allowed to even have a small campfire or ride e bikes or anything like that
