Great place
Office lady is really nice, maintenance is fairly quick to respond and fix issues. Rent keeps increasing and your unable to do things like have a small bonfire or have your pets cage outside. Your grass has to be mowed so short it practically turns brown or you get a 72 hour notice about it. I understand keeping your place clean which my family does do, but to not be allowed to do so many things is a little ridiculous. Your paying a lot of money for all the restrictions they have.
