A great place to live - safe, affordable and the management is amazing.
This place is dumping construction debris in there lake and will be Contacted by the epa . And the army core of engineers they fixed this lake years ago and now dumping in it and filling it in when its not approved debris. My sister lived in park and she attempted to get dead bolt fixed and they where not able to fix the issue so all she had was a knob lock sub-par. Then house was getting broken into. looked out my window to see a maintenance person yelling at some kids for riding their little tractors around your not allowed to have fun in this trailer park rent increases every month and your not allowed to even have a small campfire or ride e bikes or anything like that
This Valley Hills trailer Park smells poop they have a little pond in here and they drain all the sewage goes in there and it smells so disgusting. I cannot sleep in my own house. The smell is so strong it wakes me up at 5 o’clock in the morning I wake up throwing up that’s how disgusting it is. I do not recommend any human being to live in this condition in this place you don’t smell nothing here but poop inside and outside of the house all over the Neighbourhood it’s nasty. It’s torture.
