Went with my daughter to get a new car and they took great care of us. Daniel was great, he was very kind and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend getting your next car from them and ask for Daniel.
Waiting on hold for an hour to make an appointment for an oil change is wild. Waiting all day to get your car back and no shuttle service is even wilder! Response to Valley Hi: yes, please contact me. Someone was supposed to call me about reapplying my back fin.
AVOID. AVOID. Avoid this place. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and maintenance and was told it would take no more than two hours. Instead, my car was there for over six hours, and I never received a single update or phone call.
