I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership, they used to be great, since Covid they have hit an all-time low, We were told that we would get $13,000 on our trade-in, (that the low blue book on is 15,000)it was never disclosed that they would deduct almost 3000 off of that for detailing a very clean car and checking and making sure the car was in good shape, that is an absolute rip off We never requested an extended warranty, the car we turned in was five years old with only 8000 miles on it, this is for a senior citize... read more
