I just purchased a used vehicle from Valley high Nissan in Victorville. The price was $13,000 for the vehicle but when they had me signed the contract, they added another $2800 for a security system. I did not ask for and one that is put in every vehicle that every buyer has to purchase from them. They say it's mandatory and the person we dealt with name was Marshall Ibarra.
