I purchased my car from Honda cars of aiken last year. I have a clean and clear title to the vehicle. The car was repoed illegally. The company also printed a second title to the vehicle to cover their rear ends.which was printed in December of last year. More than 90 days after the car was purchased. While my original title was printed in September.
Very professional customer interaction. Services were performed on time and I never felt pressured to add more services than I requested.
Purchased a vehicle from here and was pressured into buying a service contract. DO NOT PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT!! I was lied to about the terms and sold the most expensive packages. They state you can cancel it at any time and get a full refund but avoid your calls and emails making it difficult to do so. The entire ********* dealership and autoguard is a scam.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Fit with ****** miles in July of 2024. The dealership was running a promotion that stated purchase a used car under ******* miles and extended warranty will be included until ******* miles. Fast forward to July 2025 when a minor ***air needed to be done which would fall under that warranty and the service *** stated that we were lied to. Gabbie did a super job during my appointment. Answered all my questions and was very thorough. She kept me updated on the progress of my service and promptly notified me when all was complete.
Very trustworthy and have been impressed working with them. So much so, that I take my other non-Honda cars to them as well!
I purchased a vehicle from Right Honda in Scottsdale, AZ 3 months ago. The salesman **** was amazing. The finance manager wrapping up my sale however lied to me about the prepaid maintenance program that was included with purchase of the vehicle.The maintenance program ONLY allows your vehicle to be serviced at the Right Honda location, when I asked about it I was told it would be transferrable to other locations as I'm an out of state buyer.
