This is the worst Honda dealer around I had to take them to court for destroying my transmission never take your car their they mechanics are very bad
Our lease was up on our 2020 Honda CRV LX, and we were quoted over $24,000 to buy back our car from several other dealers, (our payoff was $17,000 and mileage was only 22,000 miles), but unfortunately Honda does not allow other dealers to buy back their cars. We took our car back to Honda and the Manager, Christopher H***** offered us $18,000. Used Car manager Marco is very unprofessional and Rude. He started the business interaction being very disrespectful. If it were my decision, my business would no longer do business with him and Victorville Honda due to his unprofessional behavior.
Service Manager Josh is not helpful had a problem with my 2012 civic having a light come on saying passenger airbag off they said it was a sensor so $550 later it’s doing again they just want to do the same thing again and charge me again. I’m done no customer service at all!!
