I purchased a car from them January 30 everything went smooth they did well. The car was in an accident over a month ago and I've been trying to cancel the extended warranty on the car and have gotten nothing but the run around from this place. They have not answered or returned any of my calls / voicemails. My Bank GM FINANCIAL has also tried getting into contact and they have gotten no response. If I could give a zero I would. Went to pay off my leased vehicle which by the way I had been making payments on for 3 years. Tried to make an appointment to do so for a week, no return phone call. Went to dealership in person because Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp told me to do so as I needed to sign an odometer statement. The sales manager told me they had to run my credit for their protection! Then he told me I couldn't give them $15k on my debit card or they would have to charge me an additional 3%! This is illegal in the ... read more
Will definitely not recommend. They only care about their own benefit of making extra cash and screwing customers. They add extra features u do not want which is extra expense AnD say they can't remove them because they come with them already.. If I can give them a 0 I would . Take your business elsewhere.
