My family and I tried to purchase a home that drew had listed. The house was Ada compliant and I am a 100% disabled veteran .we offered full asking and drew was double dipping. He represented the seller and buyer. We were not given the opportunity to counter. The home sold for $5k over what we offered. My family and I were willing to go at least another 30k above what the home sold for. If you want to purchase a home listed by these guys make sure the listing agent doesn’t already have someone lined up.
