The technician was a total professional who answered all my questions and explained things regarding the air conditioner I didn't know, like where the inside unit was. I will be using them again if my air conditioner needs to be serviced

The repairman arrived on time and was polite. Everything was fixed, and all necessary parts were replaced, with detailed explanations for all of my questions. He instructed me on how to maintain the furnace and humidifier's proper operation on a regular basis. I highly recommend Valley Heating & Cooling Contractor and the service gentleman.
