Over the phone I got a verbal diagnosis, then a quick response to check my HVAC system. The diagnosis was confirmed, located, tested and fixed. Fair, honest, friendly, and hard working too.
I give these guys a 10 plus. Baught a house and they came out and inspected my unit giving me a piece of mind that every thing in perfect condition. They explained how everything worked and how to keep it working properly. I will call on them and recommend them to my friends when needed. Thank you!!!!
After having a new HVAC installed a year ago by another company it never worked right, and being ghosted by that company, I called a couple well known HVAC companies that came out and after about 15 minutes an a couple tests said I need a new system. I was not taking that answer and at Witt’s end, I checked internet reviews and Valley Heat and Air had great reviews, I called and explained my situation to Eric, he came out and spent time tracking down the problem, it wasn’t my system it was a horrible install. Eric and Nathan are EXCELLENT. Professional, efficient, very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell us a new system. They not only fixed the root HVAC problem, but also made a few other simple repairs to make the system run more efficiently, and a condensation drain tube that was separated in multiple spots. They explained to my wife and I both what they were doing, what they found, and were very reasonably priced for two appointments to finish the job once the correct part arrived. Eric and Nathan are the best!! Aircon went out and Eric fit me into his busy schedule! It’s over 100 and we were frying. Problem diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. They are honest and fair priced. Highly recommended! *****
