My first time having a tooth pulled today. The dentist and his staff were very kind to me. Everyone was kind and caring. Thanks to everyone whom took care of me today.
Been a patient since they first opened its Ok but they can improve on their times because it's been plenty of times my appointment been at 4:00 and I was seen at 5:30.
So I was late 5 min to my appt. And I'm still waiting. So I went to the front counter and stated how long was I going to wait? She stated that she had me down at 4:30. My appt was at 1:30. Like really just because I was 5 min late. I will never be back here
I won't be taking my kids back to this pediatrician. We had an appt, then sent a text message confirming out 3:15 appt. I got there at 3:15 stood at the desk for 10mins waiting on someone to check us in. Finally the lady come up and asks the names, I told her and she responds that we have to reschedule because we were late?! She said one appt was at 3:00 and one at 3:15.
