My experience here was horrible. I went to inquire about a bad tooth last week. Turns out it was infected. They wanted to pull it the same day. It doesn't take a phd to tell you that you cannot numb an infected tooth. I opted for antibiotics. I had to sign a release for not getting the tooth pulled on that day, well whatever, Ill get it pulled after my antibiotics run out.
