I've been going the past few weeks to rehab& regain strength after a pretty serious knee injury& I absolutely love it! Fairly inexpensive& a relaxing environment! Would recommend to anyone that's interested!
I really like this place due to the employees and the facility overall. The equipment is good for me, and as a senior, I like that the main floor is mostly machines and not free weights. Free weights are in another section, so they do have them. Bathroom and changing/shower room are too small, as are the lockers for anyone changing out of all street clothes, as you basically will see them get wrinkled.
